Welcome to Zintrik. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products—including Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.

1. User Agreement

By placing an order with Zintrik, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Zintrik reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information associated with your purchases. However, as Zintrik does not operate a user center, no account registration or login is required to complete a transaction. All communications regarding your order will be sent to the email address you provide.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zintrik, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business. Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through Zintrik shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Zintrik does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You assume all risks associated with the use of our site and products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

4. Refund Policy

Zintrik is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a Mouse, Keyboard, or Headphone, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Zintrik reserves the right to deny refund requests if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or excessive wear.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Zintrik website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
